The massage generally follows designated lines ("sen") in the body. The legs and feet of the giver can be used to position the body or limbs of the recipient. In other positions, hands fix the body, while the feet do the massaging. A full Thai massage session may last two hours and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body. 5 star experience from start to finish - I have now been twice to Jasmine Thai Herbal & Spa, the team are very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and have a lot of experience, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. During my massage, it was explained to me what they were doing and why, I found it very reassuring! My shoulders were very tight and there was a combination of pressure points used, massage techniques and assisted yoga stretches to help me. It was thoroughly tailored to what I needed and I was recommended further treatments as to how it will help me. All the girls that work here are lovely and you can have a laugh too! Very friendly, I love it here. Heaven on earth!!! My new favourite place. Thankyou see you soon x

Excellent first Thai yoga massage experience with Yasmine this afternoon. Very professional service delivered with a good sense of humour. Booked and paid for a 1-hr massage, but the session ran quite a bit longer without extra charge due to the length of time since I last received massage and thus the deep-seated nature of the physical issues I arrived with. Left feeling so much lighter, looser, and relaxed which I'm sure will continue for days as the therapy continues to do its work on me. All in all, a very satisfied customer. Will definitely be back for more.

I would highly recommend having a massage here. I was quite nervous when I turned up to have a massage as I've not had many before and it was my first time using this place. I was very quickly made to feel safe and at ease as I realised I was in very skilled and very expert hands. The massage was amazing and I was given a massage that lasted closer to 2 hours than the 1 hour I paid for. The lady let me experience a range of Thai massage techniques which were great. The massage really helped with the pains in my shoulders and neck and the next day my body felt amazing. Thank you. I will definitely be back for another massage.
